The Silent Evolution

British artist Jason de Caires Taylor has created an amazing art installation of 400 life size figures just off Cancun/Isla Mujeres (Mexico) forming a timeline of the changes both visually and socially in humans over the past centuries. They are made of a complex reef structure for marine life to colonise and inhabit, alleviating pressure on existing natural reefs.
