1 cup of aspargus-chopped
1 cup of snow peas
2 cups of brussel sprouts cut into halves
1 cup of edamame
1 cup of mushrooms
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
1 tbsp sesame oil
braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce
Put quinoa and water in pan until boiling, then cover and simmer until water is absorbed -10-15 minutes
Steam all vegetables for 7-10 minutes
Add sesame oil to heated wok and add steamed vegetables and seasonings. Toss for a few minutes.
Combine vegetables and cooked quinoa together and serve immediately.
