Hi Breeps,
The Duke and Duchess arrive at the polo. Photo by Louisa Spring

They said Hello and waved goodbye. The Royals visited LA for the weekend. There itinerary was jam-packed from a charity polo match to BAFTA’s 42 to watch, and a quick visit to skid row, downtown LA and a cocktail party at the Consulate General’s house.
Prince William and Katherine walked arm in arm before the polo match. Every inch in love. Eileen and I were lucky enough to secure tickets for the exclusive event. A short drive up the I-101 freeway. There were 2 types of tickets The cheaper more affordable $400 and the $4000 tickets which by the looks of it, not many people bought, the grand stand was bare.
All in all there were around 600 attendees and we had a great time drinking champagne and live tweeting. We especially loved in when all the subjects in the ‘cheap seats’ rushed the field to try to get a closer look at the royals during the cup ceremony which was hosted by Katherine. While she kindly shook every ones hand, she reserved a little peck on the cheek for her hubby.
We met a few die hard fans there too -

This lady tells us about all the Royal functions she's been to and who her least favorite Royal is. Any guesses?

And this Paramedic gave us his hot tip for keeping cool in the heat.

Here's the haps for this week...

Through these networking weeks, he has so far personally introduced over 300 actors to organisations such as The WilliamMorris Agency, MGM, Paramount and Warner Brothers, as well as the chance to work on a one on one basis with some of Hollywood’s A-list acting coaches including, Howard Fine, Margie Haber, Amy Lyndon, Paul Webber and Lesly Kahn

Do you remember The Happy  Mondays?

British Artist ‘KAV’ is based between London & LA.  He
performs live with his 'band of blaggers'
& was previously guitarist & songwriter in Happy Mondays
reforming the band with Shaun Ryder in 2004.   KAV writes pure song-driven Rock N’ Roll with an electro undercurrent.

“This Blagger Is A Latter-day Jagger,“KAV combines the speed of the Scream with the swagger of the Stones” - THE GUARDIAN

"KAV is one of those one in a million artists that just exudes talent… Imagine if Bob Dylan was young in modern times & he had an addiction to sleaze and you’d be half way to understanding KAV’s sound… Simple, perfectly executed sleazy rock with hidden depths & a backpack full of attitude. Sick"  - KERRANG! RADIO

Tickets are now on sale for 80's band OMD
