Brits in LA member Julian Sands hits broadway

You may remember our host for the LA Theatre works production of 'The Browning Version"  British Thesp, Julian Sands will make his Broadway debut this fall in A Celebration of Harold Pinter, directed by John Malcovich. Opening on Oct 10, 2012. This production was previously seen at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
"With personal anecdotes and reflections drawn from their work together," according to IRT, "Julian Sands combines Harold Pinter's poems and political prose to create a very fresh and intimate insight into the Nobel Laureate's literary legacy."

Calvin Harris Brings In The Machine

Calvin Harris – Sweet Nothing feat. Florence + the Machine from Details of my life so far...
Calvin Harris has put out some amazingly brilliant singles recently, but to my dismay, every single one of them has hit the #2 spot in the UK charts. He has previously brought in the likes of KelisExample, and Ne-Yo to try and get that elusive 3rd #1 UK single, but it looks like he is finally pulling out the big guns by calling on Florence Welch to add vocals to the fifth effort from his forthcoming album “18 Months“. The official music video has already been shot, and for both of the musicians the collaboration was a favor. Florence + The Machine has publicly stated that the new single “Sweet Nothing” was a straight up swap between the two artists, “I wanted a remix, he wanted a vocal… so we traded.”. We already know that Calvin’s remix of “Spectrum” has been burning up the charts already, but this little number could have just about the right amount of momentum to place them somewhere higher.
