We are like trees!...... in order to make your tree produce fruits, we need to look at the roots and weed out the thoughts which stop us from being our best self and achieving CONFIDENCE......
What are your fears? Do you want to destroy them? I believe in you - do you believe in you?  Lets get to the roots in your confidence  tree - you have fruits ready to grow, BUT the problem is some people are too busy looking at other peoples fruits (success!) Lets look at your roots. if we need to weed, we will not be afraid to unearth those bad roots! We are going to keep this simple as possible with 2 easy steps from the 12 in our book.. Meet Ricky Parcell from Yorkshire, who moved to LA 1 year ago,to pursue being the British answer to the infamous USA fitness god and guru ‘Richard Simmons", and a Master Celebrity Personal trainer too.
Tell us a little history about you?
Eh up!  I was born on the seaside in Yorkshire and spent all my childhood eating lots of naughty food...with no idea about nutrition or fitness, scoffing lots of fish and chips in newspapers, enjoying endless 99’s ice creams, eating walkers crisp(cheese and onion always) getting overweight and playing at the amusements most of the time on the slot machines. Dinner was always served on my Lap by the family, as we spent nights watching Golden girls, Cheers, A-team, Knight Rider, Dynasty and Dallas. The seed had been planted....Anyway, I escaped this unhealthy lifestyle at 17, by joining the Royal Navy for 14 years and learned everything about life......
