The Bel-Air Film Festival would like to offer Brits in LA members free passes to our Los Angeles Documentary Premiere for Momo: The  Sam Giancana Story. Sunday, October 14th, 2pm at the UCLA James Bridges Theater. For ticket RSVP’s please email

Born of Italian Immigrants in the slums of Chicago, Sam Giancana, through murder and control of Chicago gambling, rose in the ranks of Chicago's Outfit to become crime boss of all Chicago. As Chicago boss, Giancana extended the reach of the Outfit into Vegas and Cuban gambling, the Hollywood film industry, and international politics. At the height of his power he was contracted by the CIA to assassinate Fidel Castro, approached by the Kennedy family to fix the 1960 presidential election, and made complicit in the death of Marilyn Monroe as part of a revenge plot that culminated in the Kennedy Assassination. For a crime boss he kept an unusually high public profile, partying with celebrities, pursuing an international romance with singer Phyllis McGuire, and even successfully suing the FBI for harassment. His fame and his reach led to his downfall, and to the fatal betrayal of his closest friends. This documentary offers not only secrets contained in FBI surveillance files recently made public, but candid interviews with Giancana's immediate family members, exposing not only his private admissions of guilt but also his tender side.

Griot Theatre of the West Valley presents William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar at Bethel Encino. What if the assassination of the world's most powerful man were orchestrated and executed by a woman -- a woman in touch with her passions and certain of her destiny? That question lies at the heart of this production, set against the backdrop of Game of Thrones, which asks a similar question. Employing women and artists of color in nontraditional roles, this production, directed by Malik B. El-Amin, presents a fresh and compelling take on this classical work. Price is free-$12.50

The new moon this next week  will bring a nurturing side of you out as will the Sun
and so make hay while the sun shines and impress those you can .The middle weeks of October will be busy.

You have to clear all tasks and make space for a new beginning in the area of work
By the end of this month you will be able to chill out a little however in the mean time be focused on finished up things.

What do you want to achieve by your present actions ? Who do you want to impress or push away .These are important questions for your attention this week and when you “feel “ what that is, rather than think all will be revealed .

Be careful traveling this week ahead as the planets can throw you a wobbler of a time. Make plenty of time for departing and keep an eye on your belongings at all times.

The  moon in your cousin sign is very important  for you especially if you are signing papers or buying a large item .Just be sure to clarify all the terms before you sign or you will feel like you have been ripped off.

Most likely the work arena will not as you would wish but that’s life and as time and tide waits for no man do not dally when you need to take action in this area. A quick weekend trip soon will mellow you out for the rest of October.

As the karma planet Saturn sits in your life for a couple more weeks only, you would be wise to listen to your intuition and make decisions as soon as you feel its right don’t procrastinate. Tis is the best opportunity Happy Birthday !!

When the teacher Saturn enters your sign for a 2 years visit soon be ready for past unresolved situations  to rise up.It is a long time to have a teacher in your life however its all about what you need to learn.!

. You may be right you may be crazy as goes the song because if you are worried about finances and are not doing anything to change the situation then it will make you crazy

You may be feeling a bit restless or not in balance this due to your “boss” Saturn is moving into a new 2 year home in Scorpio. He will let you know if indeed there is something in your life that could be is out of whack.

Your judgment in a long term situation is  a wee bit off course and this week if you allow your self to go the same route as before  you could find all is a waste of time. Be cool wait and see if you can change your mind and change the outcome.!!

.Jupiter sitting in your lucky house for a month ahead and will brings rewards if you listen to that inner voice of intuition .Also as Venus is in a compatible sign to you its even better. Lets see who or what you can attract.

See below for one of my favourite X Factor (UK) contestants,
